All shipments will be done via LBC courier for Metro Manila and nationwide shipments. Please refer to ETA before placing orders to avoid unmet expectations with delivery timelines.

• Nationwide orders valued P2,999 and above via LBC - FREE* except oversized packages
• Metro Manila via LBC (P150) - ETA 2-3 business days
• Outside Metro Manila, within the Philippines via LBC (P250) - ETA 3-5 business days
• Outside Metro Manila, within the Philippines via LBC (P800) - ETA 3-5 business days for oversized packages (including but not limited to large bags, equipment, shoes, etc)

*ETA is based on day of pick up by LBC courier and are only estimates and not a full guarantee. Stockmrkt will not be liable for any delays, loss, damage of item/s, and/or packaging during transit.

If you receive an item that is defective, incorrect, or incomplete, you may request a return or exchange for unopened and unused items within 24 hours from the date of delivery via hello.stockmrkt@gmail.com. Special orders/pre-orders are not eligible for returns and/or exchanges.

Our team is available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (PHT), excluding holidays. Messages received outside these hours will be answered on the next business day.

Once your order ships, you can track it via https://www.lbcexpress.com/track/ using the tracking number provided, or by calling the LBC hotline at (02) 8858 5999.

For pre-orders, special orders or requests that might not be on our site yet, you may contact us via hello.stockmrkt@gmail.com for a quotation.

Pre-orders and special orders are non-cancellable and cannot be returned, or exchanged. Downpayment/s if any are non-refundable.

For wholesale inquiries, please contact us via hello.stockmrkt@gmail.com with your desired products and quantities for a quotation. Wholesale rates, timeline and minimum order quantities will be discussed upon inquiry.
