Notes from the Color Wow Lab
Carb Cocktail is a leave-in treatment that is activated when you blow-dry your hair.
The formula features a weightless carb-based complex (cellulose, starch, oat bran) that bonds to hair strands with heat, acting like a "filler" and adding mass and girth to every hair, so even the finest hair looks full and dense.
How to Use
- After shampooing and conditioning, towel-dry hair lightly.
- Shake bottle well, then dispense two to three pumps into palm and smooth through hair, starting one inch below part and through to ends. Apply more as needed.
- Do not rinse.
- Style with heat to activate.
